Shipping policy

All shipping is carbon neutral and uses biodegradable and recyclable materials. 

Canadian Orders: 

• We offer Free Shipping Canada-wide on orders over $85 (CAD)
• For orders under $85 (CAD) we offer $15 Flat-Rate shipping  

What to Expect After You Order:

• After we receive your order, we typically ship within 1-3 business days from our studio in Toronto, Canada

• As soon as your order ships, we will send you a quick email to let you know and provide a tracking number. You can also download the Shop app to track your order. 

US Orders: 

• After you receive your shipping notification from us, most U.S. orders arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on the shipping option selected. International arrival times depend on destination and carrier 

• Packages may be delayed by customs. US customers are responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees

Please Keep In Mind:

• All average shipping times assume no delays. During busier times, such as the holidays, shipping times may take longer. Whenever possible, please consider ordering well in advance of when you need the item by.  

Package Care:

• We take extra care in packaging your candles to protect them from weather and possible damage during transit. Once your order arrives we recommend minimising the time your candles remain outside on your doorstep, especially during extreme hot or cold weather conditions. 

Packing Materials:

• Our shipping materials are 100% recyclable. After your order arrives, please remember to recycle or reuse the packaging. Our packing peanuts are biodegradable, simply put them in your sink and they will dissolve with water. Our shipping is carbon neutral.
