We typically ship within 1-3 business days from your order. You will receive a tracking number and estimated arrival as soon as your order ships. Delivery times vary based on the destination.

We offer free shipping across Canada on orders over $50.

On orders $49.99 and under, we offer flat-rate shipping for $10 in Ontario and Quebec and $15 for the rest of Canada.

US orders will receive a custom total for shipping during checkout. US customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and fees.

Sorry, we currently only ship within Canada and the US.

Yes! We offer complimentary carbon-neutral shipping on all orders (yay!)

Reed Diffusers: Simply flip the reeds once a week or as needed to refresh the scent. Keep the reeds free of dust and away from direct sunlight. Read the label on your reed diffuser for more tips.

Room Sprays: To help maintain the scent, keep the bottle out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.

Yes, all of our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We only use clean, quality ingredients and sustainable packaging (you won't find any parabens, phthalates or other yucky ingredients here!)
