We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary based on the destination.

We offer free shipping across Canada on orders over $75.

On orders $74.99 and under, we offer flat-rate shipping for $10 in Ontario and Quebec and $15 for the rest of Canada.

US orders will receive a custom total for shipping during checkout. US customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and fees.

Sorry, we currently only ship within Canada and the US.

Reed Diffusers: Simply flip the reeds once a week or as needed to refresh the scent. Keep the reeds free of dust and away from direct sunlight. Read the label on your reed diffuser for more tips.

Room Sprays: To help maintain the scent, keep the bottle out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.

Yes! Our products are non-toxic and are safe to use if you have dogs and cats at home. We have dogs and love using our products to keep our home smelling clean and fresh.

For safety, please keep products out of reach of pets (for example, a burning candle should never be left unattended with a pet).
