What are your delivery times?
We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary based on the destination.
We use reliable couriers and choose the courier service that will arrive to you quickly. We do not use Canada Post.
How much does shipping cost?
Canadian Orders:
- Free Shipping: When you spend $85 or more.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $18 for orders under $85, shipped to anywhere in Canada.
US Orders:
- US orders will receive a custom total for shipping during checkout.
- Our products are made in Canada and are CUSMA-compliant, which means they are eligible for duty-free preferential treatment. Our products can enter the US tariff-free under the agreement and will be shipped with the appropriate paperwork.

How do I care for my candle, reed diffuser or room spray?
Candles: Read our Candle Care Guide for helpful tips to get the most out of your candles.
Reed Diffusers:Â Simply flip the reeds once a week or as needed to refresh the scent. Keep the reeds free of dust and away from direct sunlight. Read the label on your reed diffuser for more tips.
Room Sprays:Â To help maintain the scent, keep the bottle out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.

Are your products safe for dogs and cats?
Yes! Our products are non-toxic and are safe to use if you have dogs and cats at home. We have dogs and love using our products to keep our home smelling clean and fresh.
For safety, please keep products out of reach of pets (for example, a burning candle should never be left unattended with a pet).
How do I exchange or return my product?
We hope that you’ll love your order when it arrives but if something isn’t right we are here to help.Â
