Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you’ll love your order when it arrives but if something isn’t right we are happy to help. If you have any feedback, ideas, questions, or are experiencing any issues at all, we want to hear from you. Please reach out to us by emailing email@example.com and we’ll get back to you soon.
- Unused Products: Unused products in perfect condition with all original packaging can be returned or exchanged if you contact us within 14 days of delivery and let us know why you’ve changed your mind.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number
- Ship the product in its original packaging to us (Brightfield, 370 Kingswood Road, Toronto, Ontario, M4E 3P1). You will need to cover the cost of shipping to return the original item back to us and for any exchange.
- Once we receive your return, we will make sure everything looks good and be in touch to process your return or exchange.
- Used Products: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products as we can not resell them.
We craft our products in small batches and carefully inspect them before shipping, packing them with care. ❤️ In the very rare occurrence where a product is damaged during delivery, we will provide a replacement of the item if proof of damage is shared with us within 7 days of delivery. Please send us your order details and a photo of the damage to email@example.com and we will help you out.
